all the children's games, books and DVDs get big points from me. Ditto the books and DVDs for grownups.
Thought the kitchen was a bit limited, I could have used a whisk, a set of measuring cups, and a rubber
spatula. The can opener is ready for the "round file" -- it really did not work, without my Swiss army knife
I would have been toast. You had everything else I needed for several days of meals. The stainless steel
walls in the kitchen are lovely, I wouldn't mind having those at home. [Items purchased within 12 hours of
notice from guest].
You need some kind of door stop on the slider door between the family room and the master suite --
evidently someone let it fly and popped the end cap of the wooden cornice askew on the right side going
into the master suite. My husband tapped it back into place and we didn't use the door, but the next
time someone closes the door hard, the end piece could come completely off, just an FYI to save
someone some grief.
Thought all the labels on everything were great, but could have used one more -- the a/c quit working, I
was kind of freaking out, the front desk said we must have a patio door not completely closed, which we
did. The doors are heavy and it wasn't obviously open, so a label to let guests know to keep them tightly
closed would be nice.
The furniture and upholstery were tasteful and lovely. We loved the TV in the bathroom!
I visit my family in Biloxi about every 3 months, but always like a few days with a real vacation feel to it.
Our next visit is in mid-January, hope you have availability for us. We rarely stay in a condo on weekends,
we are usually Sunday to Wednesday, or Wednesday to Saturday. I will be checking back with you when I
have firm dates, I know I am flying in the 16th and leaving the 23rd, but won't know the dates for my
husband and a condo booking until it gets closer.

towels, and cups, since we had used those items so thoughtfully provided by you, as replacements for

Rich H., Illinois - 9/09 - Jim, we just returned from your condo in Biloxi. The Ocean Club is a great
building, situated right in the middle of Biloxi Beach. The views out the 12th floor windows were
spectacular - splendid view of the beach and gulf from every window. As an old Biloxi Officer from the
late 80's, the security at the building appeared to be very good.
The unit was clean and well decorated. What stood out for us was the small things - salt/pepper, garbage
bags, dishwasher detergent, well stocked pots/pans, the beds were VERY comfortable. We liked how all
the switches were labeled so we knew what turned on what. The curtains were great at keeping the
light out. The games, books and movies were great too!
The only negatives were that the air conditioner and dehumidifier were very loud, to the point of
wanting to turn it off. The dehumidifier is the loudest and could probably be mounted in the laundry
room away from the main living area. The dining table was unbalanced and would tip over easily. We will
definitely consider your unit in the future!

and pleased with the luxurious accommodations. The master suite and comfortable bed were tough to
leave! The view of the gulf and three points of entry balcony were great. The beach was virtually
UNOCCUPIED except for us. We visited the Treasure Bay Casino and went away a winner, Fudge at
Souvenir City, great and way TOO CLOSE!!! We loved the condo and have already recommended it to

Even though the devastation is still very obvious, we were very impressed with the positive attitude from
the people of Biloxi. Carla (Biloxi Tour Train) gave us a very emotional but upbeat tour of the city and
focused mainly on all the rebuilding that is occurring around town . She also made a special effort to
thank any construction crews we passed for helping with the rebuilding process.
We'd love to visit again and will definitely be recommending your condo to any of our friends who may
visit Biloxi! Just as a side note - since the bed was SO comfortable - looks like we'll be shopping for a new
mattress in the very near future! Thanks again!

furnished nicely, lots of TV channels, very nice to provide pool towels, master bathroom was
outstanding!! HUGE tub & TV! , LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the King bed - one of the most comfortable I have
ever slept in! The condo was very clean and we enjoyed the games, movies, and I even read one of the
books. We have stayed in a lot of places and yours ranks as one the most comfortable overall that we
have stayed in.
The only 2 negatives was we were not able to really enjoy the balcony due to neighbors who smoked
constantly (which is not something you can control) and they were somewhat loud at times and the bath/
wash cloth supply was scarce. I brought my own supply so it wasn't an issue, but if I had not it would
have been a small problem. ( 3 girls who think they need 2 towels per bath!) I also liked the lists you left
and the book for the local area. We used it and I updated your brochure for a fish market with a current

place was a little like Fort Knox though, which I can understand, but you couldn't get out of the pool
area and go back to your room without someone buzzing you out.
Could have used a few more washcloths, kitchen towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen was not as
equipped as I am used to. I always bring the essentials that I know I will need but was surprised at the
lack of supplies. i.e.. vegetable peeler, too small chopping board, large serving bowls. kitchen garbage
can and bags way too small. And no pantry to speak of.
Check in time is too small of a window.
Other than that, the positives..... GREAT VIIIIEEEEEW. Really enjoyed the fireworks. We were used to
seeing them up close and personal, walking from Grandma's house (ain't there no more....Katrina), but the
